
VITICULTURE:
The vineyards are situated in the Paardeberg region planted in shale soils.
WINEMAKING:
Harvested with ripe sugar levels and optimal acidity, the grapes reached the cellar in optimal conditions. Cool fermentation temperatures were maintained for about three weeks to further enhance the fruity character.
TASTING:
With a whiff of honeysuckle followed by luscious litchi and stone fruit, this natural sweet white wine is moreish yet refreshing.
