
VITICULTURE:
The Pinotage, Shiraz and Muscat vineyards are situated in different regions.
WINEMAKING:
Grapes were harvested at an early stage to preserve the fresh fruit aromas. Grapes are destemmed and crushed and a few hours skin contact is allowed. The pink juice is allowed to settle for two days and racked thereafter. Cool fermentation temperatures were maintained for about three weeks.
TASTING:
This lively Rose is elegantly sweet and fragrant with delectable cherry and other red fruit flavours.
